Refund Policy

  1. Non-Posting of Trade Line: If the trade line does not appear on your credit report within 30 business days from the date of payment, you are eligible for a full refund. To request a refund, email us a copy of your credit report dated 30 business days from your payment date, showing the absence of the trade line. Send the credit report to: tradelinehistory@gmail.com.
  2. Information Accuracy: You, as the client, are solely responsible for providing accurate information, including your full legal name, social security number, current address, and date of birth. Incorrect information, such as a misspelled name or incorrect digits in the social security number or date of birth, can result in the trade line not posting correctly.
  3. Credit Monitoring Service: It is the client’s responsibility to open and maintain their own credit monitoring service. We recommend using Fund & Grow for quicker updates and more accurate real-time information compared to free services.
  4. Trade Line Duration: The trade lines will remain on your credit report for three (3) months. They can be renewed for an additional three months at 50% of the original fee. Our pricing is based on the history of the accounts, not on the credit card limits.
  5. Refund Process: If the trade line hasn’t posted in 30 business days, please email us a screenshot of your credit report. If we do not receive an email from you after 30 business days, we will assume that the trade line has posted successfully, and the transaction is complete.
  6. Guarantee: We guarantee that the trade line will post on all three major credit bureaus. However, we request your patience as the posting process is dependent on the credit card company’s systems and cycles.
  7. Substitute Trade Lines: In the event that a trade line does not post, becomes unavailable, or is sold out, we reserve the right to substitute it with an equivalent or better trade line without prior notice. Due to frequent changes, we may not be able to notify every client of each update.
